Abusive & rude comments left on blog!

I'm used to getting nice, fluffy positive comments on my blog - which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside (etc)!

I was quite surprised today to find someone left a quite nasty comment. I can take criticism of my work but this seemed fairly personal.

Here is where the comments are on my blogpost:
Blog post

The first comment says:

"THIS IS SO HEINOUS.

WHO THINKS THIS LOOKS GOOD?

APPARENTLY YOU IN THE COMMENT ROLL DO.
IT LOOKS LIKE BOIL GONE FURRY.

STOP DESIGNING YOUR NOT GOOD AT IT."

Then the second one (again by the same person) said:

"goatse your brainspace. so is that patchouli scented w/ a matching jeans and skirt over??? oh and nice job with breeding i hear horrible artists arent bred only taught by the wrong people. good luck."

I had to look up what "goatse" meant - apparently its very disgusting!

I obviously just laugh it off - but has anyone else had similar on their blogs? People getting quite nasty & personal - instead of just professional criticism?

Ok, quite frankly in this part of the world, the weather is a major topic at the moment. We're getting fairly close to 2 feet of snow and it's still coming down hard. My husband went out to do some shoveling (no wonders I like him!) a while ago and I let the dog out with him. Here's what they looked together.

Ok, I can't get the pics to upload. Here's a link to photobucket.

http://s193.photobucket.com/albums/z124/Re...r_album/Family/

For perspective, the dog is half beagle half german shepherd.

This isn't my normal area to post in, but I do read some of the posts.
Walls or dividers for booth

Does anyone have suggestions for a free-standing wall for a booth? Preferably solid or fabric-covered with footers that can be either taped or nailed down to the floor or ground?

I'm looking for something we can hang photographs from and separate us from other vendors. Thanks in advance!

Loop in loop - Fusing - etc

Here is a snippit from a video tutorial I'm working on. Runs about 10 minutes. No voice over or anything.
This is lower def, so downloads shouldn't be a problem (i hope!). I'm making the first 5 links of a single loop-in-loop chain.
I've included a picture of (almost) finished chain. Still needs to be polished up and tumbled.

If the embed doesn't work (JANICE!!!!! how did you get it to work?) Try this link: http://www.garysnyderjewelry.com/portals/3...rmAndLink2.html

Gentec Small Torch Kit - Basic Review

Last week we got a HF circular that had the Gentec Small Torch Kit on sale for 69.95, so just more than half retail, and in my budget. This torch kit is an internet only item, and I was hesitant to order it given that I have never received anything I have ordered online from HF. I went ahead and ordered it knowing that they charge when shipping.

I've only only used the torch for 1 disposable oxygen tank, and I can say that it was the right torch for some of the situations that we have been running into and complaining about our existing torch setup.

My only complaint at this time is that they sticker that tells you which way to turn the know on the oxygen cylinder is wrong, open and close are backwards. The regulators are big and heavy compared to the Smith equivalents, but that doesn't affect their functionality.

In my limited use I have found the fuel/oxygen adjustment knobs on the torch body to be a little sticky, but that seems to be getting better with each use.
