This is the beginning of a realistic look at some of the goals for the network.

The network has been run primarily as a community service with 99% of the content being offered free of charge. As we grow and seek to expand more, there is the need to begin looking at what kind of growth and also how to fund that growth while remaining true to the vision of the network:
